Most INLOOP pieces are made to order as part of a limited drop. When you preorder, you are reserving a piece from that drop rather than buying from ready stock.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are shown on the product page. These are estimates, and timelines may shift due to production volume; we will keep you updated if a delay affects your order.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes required by law unless stated otherwise.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing mistake.

We deliver across Lebanon and ship internationally. Delivery timeframes and any shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Because most pieces are produced to order in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges for size or change of mind once production has started, unless the specific product page states otherwise.

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Colour may vary slightly between photos and the physical product due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural variation of fabric dyeing.

All logos, designs, product names, photography, and site content belong to INLOOP and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, INLOOP is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or from a delayed or cancelled preorder, beyond the value of the order itself.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised terms.
